A survey commissioned by NHS London from Ipsos MORI in 2010 on what Londoners think of their local NHS Services. The results are based on responses to questions around

• Public perceptions of and satisfaction with their local NHS
• Usage of and satisfaction with specific areas of NHS care
• Perceptions of key priorities for improvement in the local NHS
• Access to information on health service and care and treatment and patient choice
• Attitudes towards involvement in decision making about local NHS services
