WFD Cycle 2 expert judgement water body classification

PLEASE NOTE: This dataset has been retired and superceded by the following record https://environment.data.gov.uk/dataset/d8421893-ff04-492c-8d29-caa89f17397e. This dataset is a subset of "WFD Classification Status Cycle 2" dataset. We use professional Expert Judgement (EJ) assessments to derive classifications for water bodies where we have no monitoring data. We clearly label where this is the case.
