This dataset details the independent hospitals, nursing agencies, nursing homes, private dental practices, domiciliary care agencies, independent clinics, day care settings, residential care homes, adult placement agencies, voluntary adoptions, and independent medical agencies currently registered with RQIA in accordance with The Health and Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 and associated regulations.
This dataset also details the services for which RQIA has a responsibility to inspect under the Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) (Amendment) Regulations(Northern Ireland) 2010 (IR(ME)R) and under The Mental Health (Northern Ireland) Order 1986, as amended by the Health and Social Care Reform (Northern Ireland) Act 2009. Although these two datasets comprise non-registered services, they are incorporated in the RQIA Register of Regulated Services, which is continually updated, maintained and validated within RQIA, and the summary data published each month on the RQIA website.
