Planning Service (NI) - Development Plan - Hazard Zones (Metadata)

Development Plans are created by DOE Planning to create a roadmap for how future town and country planning should develop. The plan is split into a number of feature types. Hazard Zones indicate areas where caution might be shown due to various hazards such as flood ponding or subsidence.
