Planning Service (NI) - Development Plan - Hazard Points (Metadata)

Development Plans are created by DOE Planning to create a roadmap for how future town and country planning may occur. The plan is split into a number of feature types. Hazard Points indicate X,Y point locations which indicate possible constraints on planning. Sewage works were captured for one plan, however we used info direct from NI Water for others.
