Planning Service (NI) - Development Plan - Countryside Areas (Pre-defined Download)

Development Plans are created by DOE Planning to create a roadmap for how future town and country planning should develop. The plan is split into a number of feature types. Countryside Areas indicate a constraint or potential restriction on types of planning. Greenbelt is included, however the Greenbelt designation has not been in effect since the introduction of PPS14 in March 2006. Users outside of the Spatial NI Portal please use Resource Locator 2.
