Insurance Claims Management system(ICMS)

Previously operated by Capita now hosted by Iron Mountain: It is used to manage Coal Heath Compensation Claims. It provides historic MI for CLU and its contractors and subcontractor to manage current claims. It provides and serach only function only. The data cannot be manipulated. the data held includes the claims status (i.e. denied/settled), Financial information (i.e. calculations, costs, settlement fee), letters and personal data (i.e. Name, DOB, Address and national Insurance Number).
