Payments made for Penalty Charge Notices issued for parking and moving traffic contraventions under The Traffic Management Act 2004. Note, the payments received are not purely for PCNs issued in that month. Some PCNs are paid many weeks or months after they are issued. The payments are Gross before any costs have been deducted.
