DOENI Housing Monitor Sites (INSPIRE View Service)

Housing Monitor Sites are created by DOE Planning and Local Government Group for the purpose of establishing the number of residential units built annually between 1st August and 31st July within settlements as designated in DOE Development Plans. This data also provides an indication of the extent and distribution of housing land availability within settlements across Northern Ireland. The results of the Housing Monitor are published annually in the Northern Ireland Housing Land Availability Summary Report.

This dataset currently only contains monitor sites which were identified as being completed as of 1st August 2011 and 1st August 2012 together with sites that were monitored as part of the August 2011 – July 2012 survey.Monitor sites shown in red are completed and currently have no identified further potential housing capacity; amber sites show where development is ongoing; and monitor sites shown in green indicate that are no completed housing units on the site. Monitor sites completed prior to 2011 will be added at a later stage.
