The Contaminated Land dataset shows land that has legally been determined as contaminated land in York, under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act.

This data is published under the INSPIRE end user licence

*Please note that this dataset is currently empty as City of York Council doesn't hold any records of land that qualifies as contaminated land under the specified criteria.
