British Geological Survey (BGS) Sampling Survey 1982/1: Irish Sea, Solway Firth (16/Sep/1982 to 19/Sep/1982)

This Institute of Geological Sciences now British Geological Survey (BGS) marine sampling survey took place in September 1981 in the Solway Firth aboard the Branding. To be used in conjunction with Minerals and Geochemical divisions. Sea-bed samples were collected using box corer and shipek grab. The sample data are archived by BGS.
