British Geological Survey (BGS) Geophysical Survey 1980/2: Eastern English Channel (06/06/1980 to 16/06/1980)

Report: Brett, CP. 1980. Cruise Report on Project 80/02. A Geophysical Survey in the Eastern English Channel. (IGS Report No 104). The main objectives were to delineate the area of Jurassic rocks and other major boundaries to enable them to be tied to previous surveys made for a cross channel power cable from Dungeness to Equihen. The survey also formed a basis for the Dungeness-Boulogne sheet of the IGS 1:250000 map series.
