2016 - 2017 Centre for Environment, Fisheries & Aquaculture Science (Cefas) Glaven and Stiffkey Estuarine and Coastal Investigation - Microbiological data

As part of contract C7466, 50 samples of freshwater and seawater were collected at 15 sites in the Stiffkey and Glaven catchments and in Blakeney Harbour during the period June-September 2017. Each sample was tested for concentrations of the bacterium E. coli using membrane filtration techniques. The data were reported by the laboratory as colony forming units/100ml and the results were recorded as Excel spreadsheet.
