NHS (England) Dental Epidemiology Programme - local surveys of oral health among children and adults.

Surveys differ by year i.e. 2007/08 - 5 yr olds, 2008/09 - 12 yr olds, 2009/10 -Adults, 2010/11 - Adult sub-groups and SHA defined, 2011/12 - 5 yr olds, 2012/13 - 3 yr olds. Data collected includes date of birth, postcode of school, postcode of residence and various oral health descriptors
